The Great HR Resources Benchmark 2025

Following our 2025 study on HR resources — a survey co-led by Wobee, Yaniro and the HR community Un Vent Nouveau, after a vote by 90 members — we held a full debrief to analyze the reality of HR budgets, how decisions are evolving, and the priorities expressed by more than 250 organizations.

Unsurprisingly, the topic “The great HR resources benchmark: are you better or worse off than others?” was the clear favorite. Everywhere, HR leaders and CEOs alike are looking to benchmark themselves, understand their room for maneuver and defend their trade-offs against business priorities.

Whether SMEs, mid-sized companies or large groups, they all face similar structural challenges:

  • making sense of tight HR budgets,
  • identifying the obstacles and levers in decision-making,
  • having reliable benchmarks to compare themselves against,
  • and strengthening HR teams' ability to act.
