Since its creation in 2019, Akur8 has experienced sustained growth. With more than 180 employees across 8 offices worldwide and an international user base, the insurtech startup has established itself as a key player in automated insurance pricing modelling.

This momentum accelerated in 2024 with a $120 million fundraise and the strategic acquisition of Arius (now Akur8 Reserving). A key turning point for Akur8, which now had to structure its HR processes to support its hyper-growth while successfully integrating an external team and a new product.
