The Beauvallon and Wobee teams worked hand in hand to structure employee onboarding, modernize internal communication and cut the time spent on HR admin tasks.

❌ Before Wobee
✅ With Wobee
Three luxury hotels, 150 to 180 employees and a business driven by the seasons: Beauvallon was founded in 2019 with the ambition of building a coherent group without erasing the identity of each property. In hospitality, teams are the first reflection of the guest experience, and in a sector with high turnover, welcoming a new employee well is not a detail, it is a strategic issue. That is precisely the mission Amandine Labaune took on when she became head of HR for the group in September 2025: structure onboarding, strengthen cohesion between properties and turn the employer brand into a real retention lever, while preserving what makes each hotel unique.
When Amandine took up her role, the foundations were there, but HR processes had not kept pace with the group's growth. No shared onboarding journey, internal communication that stopped at department heads, and HR admin buried in emails. Managers, absorbed by operations, had neither the time nor the tools to take care of new hires. And across the properties, everyone did things their own way.
"Wobee lets us do HR marketing. In our sector, retaining teams starts with a thoughtful welcome, and that is exactly what the platform helps us build, even before day one."
End-to-end support throughout the rollout
The relationship mattered as much as the tool. Throughout the rollout, Amandine could count on a Wobee team that was available, responsive and genuinely attentive. Needs evolve, and so does the platform: this co-building approach is what makes the difference.
