The Prime Analytics and Wobee teams worked hand in hand to digitize HR processes and create a unified employee experience, from day one to the end of each assignment.

Before / After: digitizing the employee experience to build connection, even remotely
Prime Analytics is an IT services firm whose consultants mostly work on assignment at client sites. With teams geographically dispersed, structuring the employee experience and bringing the company culture to life had become a central issue. Before Wobee, HR processes relied on manual exchanges, key information was hard to access and consultants had little connection with the company's values.
Rolling out Wobee made it possible to create a shared intranet, centralize HR information and digitize key processes: onboarding, assignment follow-up and review campaigns. Connected to Boond, the teams' business tool, Wobee sits at the heart of the existing ecosystem.
The result: a unified employee experience, accessible from anywhere, rolled out in 3 weeks.
