The Staci and Wobee teams worked hand in hand to replace fragmented internal communication with a single platform, giving every employee, office-based or frontline, consistent access to information and HR resources.

❌ Before Wobee
✅ With Wobee
Founded in 1989, Staci is one of France's leading multichannel picking logistics providers. In France, the company has 1,200 employees spread across several sites and serves clients in retail, industry, distribution and e-commerce. With nearly 40% of its workforce in frontline roles without permanent access to a computer, Staci faces a structural HR challenge: ensuring consistent internal communication and fair access to information across all its sites. In a sector undergoing digital transformation, HR also needed to make the leap.
Before Wobee, Staci had no unified internal communication infrastructure. Information flowed in silos, carried by scattered channels and a limited number of senders, with no consistent experience for employees and no traceability for HR teams.
The goal was clear: centralize, structure and harmonize.
"The aim is that when a new employee joins, we give them access to Staci Connect and they have 90% of the documents and information they need." - Vanessa YHUEL, Workplace Wellbeing & Internal Communication Officer
A single channel to gather everything shared with employees when they join (HR documents, internal policies, tool access) and to stay connected with frontline teams spread across several sites.
"Since we are on completely different sites, in different regions, we don't see people. This gets our information all the way to them."
Support close to the teams
The Staci Connect rollout relied on structured follow-up with the Wobee teams, with weekly meetings until go-live.
Support that continues day to day: "The support is great. Whenever we have a question or additional needs, changes and developments come quickly. Everyone has been able to adapt."
A view shared by the whole team: "Whenever we ask the Wobee teams for something, they are always there. The support is responsive."
