iExec is a Franco-Chinese startup founded in 2016 that supports companies in developing their Web3 and Blockchain projects, from ideation to implementation.
Why iExec chose Wobee
iExec's main goal was to professionalise and modernise its existing onboarding process to save valuable time for HR and offer a unique experience to new hires.
Two goals:
Make HR's life easier and optimise processes to save time
- Centralise all onboarding-related tasks
- Get a complete view of what is done and what remains to do
- Set up processes adapted to the various contract types (fixed-term, permanent, interns, freelancers)
- Create on-brand onboarding processes
- Make onboarding the natural continuation of recruitment
Strengthen the sense of belonging and create a great employee experience
- Make new hires active participants in their onboarding by letting them follow their own progress, tasks to complete, people to meet, and so on
- Immerse new joiners in the company culture even before they arrive
- Co-create projects that involve not only new hires but every employee already in the company (through interviews, fresh-eyes reports, training, and more)
