Wobee will be rolled out across all the countries where the Group operates by 2025, starting with the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Belgium.

Foncia is also developing new journeys to cover all employee life moments: parental leave, geographical mobility, mobility between subsidiaries, return from long-term illness, and even offboarding.
